Our Process
Find the Cause
We check that the leak is actually fixed and the cavity is dry before anything closes up.
Cut Back
Damaged material is removed back to solid framing and sound plaster.
Rebuild
The area is re-boarded or re-plastered and blended into the existing surface.
Seal & Finish
A stain-blocking primer goes on, then paint, so the repair disappears for good.
